Money back guarantee

The seller offers a money-back-guarantee if the buyer is not satisfied with a product which has already been used. The guarantee is claimed simply and discretely, with no questions asked. The buyer’s only obligation is to notify the seller about the complaint within 30 days of purchase by sending an e-mail to info@androsen.eu and returning the purchased goods at their own expense with maximum 2 missing capsules. The cost of purchase price will be refunded in full.

In addition to the guarantee offered by Androsen, a guarantee in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act applies to products bought from the Androsen online shop. Under this Act, the buyer has the right to notify the seller that he/she is withdrawing from the contract in 14 days after receiving the goods. No reasons have to be given. However, the buyer must also return the goods to the seller’s address undamaged and in unchanged quantity (the same as when the goods were received) within 30 days at the latest of submitting the message about withdrawing from the contract. The return of the goods received without notification within 14 days after collecting the goods is considered to be notification of withdrawal from the contract. The seller must return the payment for purchase and any other payments within 30 days at the latest after receiving notification of withdrawal from the contract.
